ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY IF THEY ARE UNOPENED AND IN THE SAME CONDITIONS AS THEY WERE AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

UNFORTUNATELY, AT THE MOMENT PRODUCTS THAT WERE PURCHASED IN ONE OF OUR ATELIERS CANNOT BE REIMBURSED ONLINE. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED THROUGH THE INITIAL PAYMENT METHOD. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

» WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED WHILE IN TRANSIT?

IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WE WILL REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR REFUND YOU THE CORRESPONDING SUM, EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.

IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ISSUE A REFUND IF YOU ACCEPT A PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED ON THE OUTSIDE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BY THE COURIER.
